The Hadith (الحديث, pl. Ahadith) is a body of laws, legends and stories about Muhammad's way of life, (Arabic, Sunnah which includes his biography or the sira) and the sayings themselves where he elaborated on his choices or offered advice; many parts of the Hadith deal with his companions (Sahaba).

I ask with all humility, but could someone please explain to me the meaning of this passage? Why are the dead tormented by the grieving of their loved ones? Is not mourning a part of life? I am not trying to be disrespectful in any way, but wish to understand this passage as it is mean to be understood.
Thanks
